New hardware and software being demonstrated by Cadac Consoles at ISE, signals a significant leap forward in the power and capability of its intuitive, high-performance, ultra-low-latency CM-system audio mixing ecosystem.

At the heart of the live CM-system network on the Cadac Console booth, will be the company’s new fibre-optic dynamic router. Forming the backbone of its next generation network architecture, the router manifests the full scalability and potential complexity of the ecosystem; fully maintaining the legendary Cadac audio transparency and 0.4 ms end-to-end latency performance for runs of up to 2 km (6,561 feet).
Continued extension of remote and distributed workflows across the CM-System enables further freedom and flexibility. New iPad and iPhone applications provide wireless remote control of I/O stage racks, and on-stage, real-time personal monitor control, complementing existing CM-J50 console remote iPad operation.
Cross-platform integration beyond the CM-System ecosystem takes a significant leap: new fibre-optic MegaCOMMS to Dante® and MADI solutions conjoining with Open Sound Control (OSC) server integration within the console OS. Opening up future potential for third-party control via the console touchscreen, in supporting open, seamless workflows across an ever widening range of applications.
“The last two years have marked a major step-change for our CM-system,” says Director of Marketing and Business Operations, James Godbehear, “Since the initial launch in 2024, the focus has been on building-out a platform that can evolve in response to the demands of today’s audio production industry. With all Cadac Console products now shipping from our UK manufacturing facility, the focus in 2026 is on supporting increasingly complex audio networks — from large-scale dynamic routing, directly integrated within our console, to open OSC integration and expanded remote workflows that distribute control beyond the mix position.”
Designed, engineered, and built in the UK, the CM-system forms a complete high-performance ecosystem, seamlessly scalable from compact configurations to large-scale touring, theatre, and installation applications.
ISE attendees can gain hands-on experience of Cadac’s fully networked CM-system on booth 7E550.
