CADAC CONSOLES EXTENDS CM-SYSTEM REMOTE CONTROL CAPABILITIES WITH iPHONE / iPAD CM-RACK APP

Cadac Consoles highlights the ongoing evolution of its CM-System at ISE 2026, adding remote control through the new iPad / iPhone CM-Rack App for SR-Series remote I/O stage racks, alongside an enhanced CM-Monitor App.
The new app provides for the adjustment of key parameters, including AES3 setup, 48V phantom power, MUTES and monitoring signal presence, as well as precise, wireless control of Cadac’s renowned mic preamps. The CM-Rack App reflects Cadac’s commitment to developing flexible, high-performance workflow tools, whether integrated within CM-system, stand-alone, or other networked-audio applications.
“CM-Rack provides engineers with a clear, responsive GUI on either iPad or iPhone, offering fingertip control of SR-Series racks without needing to be at the console,” says Emily Watson, Head of R&D at Cadac Consoles. “It’s ideal for system setup, remote recording, or when Cadac preamps are used as stand-alone premium front ends, or within Dante or MADI networks.”
Cadac is also showcasing the latest version of its CM-Monitor App, further improved since its was shown in beta form at ISE 2025. Designed for performers to shape their personal sound environment, CM-Monitor provides real-time, wireless control of on-stage monitor mixes directly from iPads or iPhones, connecting seamlessly with the CM-J50 console.
Together with the CM-Remote App, which delivers comprehensive iPad control of the console itself, these developments highlight Cadac’s ongoing expansion of remote workflow capability across the CM-system ecosystem.
